The Wheatbelt is a patchwork of golden fields, character townships, pioneering history, fun farm stays, festivals and self drive experiences, and boasts a number of nature reserves brimming with fauna and wildflower during springtime.
Nature-lovers will also enjoy the Wheatbelt’s Dryandra Woodland, one of the state's important areas for wildlife preservation, it is home to numbats, tammar wallabies, brushtail possums, kangaroos and tawny frogmouth owls.
