Day 1: Perth - Hyden
(340 kilometres/4 hours)
Head east from Perth, following the Esperance and Wave Rock Self Drive through picturesque farmland to Corrigin - famous for its Dog-in-a-Ute event and Dog Cemetery. Enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants before taking the short drive to explore Wave Rock and other natural attractions in the area, including Hippo's Yawn and the ancient Indigenous rock art at Mulka's Cave.

Day 2: Wave Rock – Esperance
(382 kilometres/4 hours)
Continue east, and head towards Esperance. You can stop at cute towns along the way, or detour along the Granite and Woodlands Discovery Trail or just head straight for the ocean! When you arrive into Esperance, stock up on goodies and settle into your accommodation.
Accommodation options: Hotels, motels, self contained units, apartments, B&Bs, caravan parks, camping, Woody Island eco huts.
Day 3 and 4: Esperance
