Stay a-while and explore Moora !
The Shire of Moora is situated approximately 2hrs north of Perth and features a wonderful array of remnant native vegetation amongst the Wheatbelt arable landscape.
The towering Salmon Gums and Wandoo trees which line the roads are iconic of the eastern Shire whilst heading west takes you into the colourful Banksia woodland and Kwongan heathlands.
To help visitors gain more from the Shire, a new eco walks trail guide has been developed by the Moore Catchment Council to guide visitors to see the natural assets on offer.
12 walk trails of various difficulties and 2 wildflower drives are detailed, and there’s also a useful local flora and fauna guide.
To help plan your visit, download a brochure on Eco Trails Walks in the Shire of Moora or pick up a free copy from the Moora Visitor Centre.
